Great place

I stayed here with 3 friends, we’re basically senior citizens. The house was just as advertised, quaint and eclectic. The location was wonderful, only a short walk to everything. A couple of blocks to the boardwalk, near a Wawa, just a great location. Will definitely stay again.

Great vacation spot

Wonderful property. Location convenient to beach and stores. House very clean. Host very responsive to questions and easy to work with. Kitchen well equipped and had many extras. Even has toys for the beach as well as indoor toys. Highly recommend.

Beach getaway

Two families with 7 kids and a dog with plenty of room. Kids space upstairs was great and having a door separate the rooms meant the littlest ones could sleep. Beds were comfortable. Everything you could need in the kitchen. Walking distance to everything. Also included were chairs, umbrellas, toys for the beach. Owner was great to work with. Hoping to go back and would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable stay in old house with great hosts

We really enjoyed our stay! The hosts were accommodating, friendly and helpful. The house itself was perfect for our family and a few friends to get good access to the boards and beach for fun and fishing. The house was comfortable. It is old, and the only downsides we found were there were no washer and dryer and no grill for cooking outside. But we did know that on the listing and booked anyway, so can't hold that against the host. Thanks Stephanie.

Great beach house

Very clean. Fun decor!! Owner makes every effort to make you feel at home and relaxed. Provided so much that made life easy such as paper towels, cleaning supplies, beach tags, beach chairs, sand toys... The list goes on. My kids had an entire floor to themselves and had a blast. The location was great -close to everything you could possibly want! My pup loved naps on the porch as well. We all had a great week!!

Can I give more than 5 stars?!

This house is absolutely perfect! Stephanie really thought of everything you may need. It was so nice having beach items and cooking items at our disposal without having to pack everything. The balcony was so relaxing and we loved spending time people watching and enjoying the ocean breeze. 4 short blocks to the boardwalk and beach was an absolute dream. Stephanie was so helpful with any questions before and during the stay. I have 1 year old twins so traveling can be intimidating with them not knowing what I will be going to and Stephanie took the time before our trip to help me figure out what room I could fit two pack and plays in which eased so much of my worries. I would 100% recommend this house to anyone and I look forward to booking it again in the near future!

lovely stay within blocks of the beach

I chose this house for our family vacation because of its size and the fact we might be able to bring a dog. After talking to the owner, she approved the dog we were bringing. So, we brought seven adults, two young boys and a bulldog mix to the beach for a week. It was family pandemonium but the house accommodated us all quite well. We even cooked in five out of seven nights. There was plenty of room and the third bathroom made life much easier. We had a minor plumbing issue but the owner got back to us within an hour and we had a plan in place. It was easily fixed and we went about the week. We highly recommend this house. Cannot thank Stephanie enough!

Awesome Vacation!

Stephanie is a very attentive host. She texts back very quickly. The place is cozy and charming and clean. It's decorated very "beachy" and gets you ready for the beach. You don't need and toilet paper, paper towels or kitchen essentials. It was hot the week we were the, the a/c worked great. There is great smelling hand soap at every sink and at least one hand sanitizer. There are plenty of hand towels to even replace at mid-week. The showers are good, we never ran out of hot water. We had 6 adults, 1 child, 1 infant and 1 dog. We had plenty of room. One thing I would change is to replace the coffee pot with a keurig. But the coffee pot was fine for week. Thank you, Stepanie, we would definitely come back here again.

Great time

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is in a great location. Ice cream shop, bakery, Wawa, Walgreens and corner market all within a block. The property was supplied with everything you could need . I don’t think gates for the stairs were listed on inventory but their were two behind the sofa. The only problem was the bedrooms only had mini-blinds on the windows so the rooms were very bright as soon as the sun came up. We were lucky to buy sleeping masks at CVS. But we had a great time and the property was very nice

Beach Home Away From Home - Amazing

This home was amazing and absolutely perfect! Stephanie is well more than a super host. The pictures capture the house but when you arrive in person - it is even more perfect. This home accommodated my mother-in-law, sister-in-law, my two children, husband and myself very comfortably. There was more than enough space for privacy and family time. It is located in the best location too. Easy walk to the boards and beach, and to the town for local shops, bakeries, etc. Stephanie has literally thought of every single need, you truly do not need to bring anything other than towels and sheets. The home was exceptionally clean, decorated adorably and has a happy, positive vibe. If you are looking for the perfect beach home - look no more. We can't wait to book again!

Wonderful family vacation!

We had an absolutely great time! This property was perfect for our family vacation! Easy to walk to everything and plenty of space. This was our first time visiting OCNJ in about 20 years and Stephanie provided very helpful information about the area and house that made it easy to plan for our family. The house was very clean and lots of great extras provided to use like beach chairs, beach tags, umbrellas, & sand toys which helped greatly when packing for a week at the beach with a family. Overall it was a very great family vacation!

Home Away from Home

Stephanie Doyle was a perfect host. The Doyle's home was clean and completely stocked with anything a family needs during their stay. The home was in a perfect location with parking. The rooms were spacious and our family of 7 had more than enough room. I would definiely recommend this home!

Wonderful week!

Stephanie's house is super cute! We loved all the pictures and beach decor. The kitchen has everything you need and we loved that the beach tags were included. The house is close to the beach and the boardwalk. We never had to move our car that week. Stephanie was super nice and even gave us a banner to hang up since my sister got engaged our first night there. She was very easy to get a hold of if we had a question. Would highly recommend this house! It was a wonderful vacation!

Clean, Homey and Perks!

This home was great for us! The Doyles left beach tags and chairs and umbrella for her guests to save us the cost of renting..left help yourself bin in bathroom which my grandaughters loved! Dish towels, tons of dishes, plenty of paper towels, trash bags all of which we did not have to purchase. Having Wifi was great too..Huge screen TV and the best was it was pet friendly!!! Thanks for making our stay feeling homelike!

Great location!

My family comes to OC every other year and this was our first year at this property. I loved how convenient it was to food, boardwalk and the beach. The location was great, kitchen well stocked, owners super friendly and responsive! Love how the house was decorated and how there were lots of beds available for everyone. My only wish is for a washer/dryer which hopefully will be coming in the future :) My family would definitely stay here again! Thanks Stephanie!

Spacious, roomy and comfortable! A short walk to the boardwalk and beach.

Not having booked through VRBO, wasn't sure what to expected. The owner, Stephanie, is a dream to work with! The house was affordable, roomy and downright beautiful! Plenty of space for our families. We didn't feel like we were on top of each other. Loved having a front porch to drink my morning coffee, and to enjoy all day and night. A short 4 block walk to the boardwalk and beach-we went back and forth all day and night and our teenagers could just go on their own without their folks. Asbury Avenue is a quick walk around the corner and is full of cute, eclectic, arty shops mixed in with delicious foodie restaurants and stores. Check out the farmers market at the Tabernacle church on Wednesdays where local food and art stands are featured. Ocean City is a a dry town, so there are no bars or liquor stores, but you can BYO in. Its quiet all night! I didn't have to worry about my kids being on their own at the boardwalk. The boardwalk has theme nights so be sure to look at the schedule. Next time I will try to bring our bikes because the town is very bike friendly. There are bike rentals, but it would be cheaper to bring them from home. We've stayed in Atlantic City and Wildwood before but my teenage daughter fell in love with OC so much she took a selfie and captioned it never going to leave! I'm already thinking of coming back next summer. Best week I've had in a long time! I can't thank you enough!

Very comfortable place to stay

We always enjoy our stay in OCNJ. We were able to park our car and not move it for the whole week. Easy to get down town or to the beach from here.

The perfect place!

From the outside I thought no way we will have enough room but once we went in WOW it was totally perfect! The house is just like the pictures has a great bright kitchen & living room with all new appliances and a downstairs powder room. There was everything needed for cooking and baking plenty of utensils, dishes mugs ETC. The second floor had two full bathrooms and two spacious bedrooms with queen beds which were pretty and bright. The top floor had multiple beds it could be separate rooms but was used as one large bedroom area. We had 12 - 16 year old teen girls with us and they loved being all together up there and we could not hear them downstairs which was nice. Their is also a nice balcony to sit out and chill on. We had the driveway to park in and a second spot in front of the driveway which was nice not having to drive around looking for a parking. When heading to the beach we only had to make a left and walk straight for a couple blocks. In this area of the beach there is the boardwalk and public bathrooms extremely close which made it nice. This house is also right in the heart of shopping which is just around the corner on Asberry and has so many eateries in the area that you are able to walk to. I would recommend this to any and everyone!
