Step inside our beach retreat, which was just furnished in May 2024, and be greeted by an atmosphere of coastal elegance. The living area boasts ample natural light, stylish furnishings, and new vinyl floors throughout. Sink into the plush sofas and unwind in front of the 65` flat-screen TV, or gather with loved ones for a game night in the inviting ambiance of the living space.
The fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials needed to whip up delicious meals. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table, or take the meal outdoors and dine on the private patio, with sea breezes and sunshine.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
Retreat to one of three well-appointed bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished to ensure a restful night`s sleep. The first bedroom is on the main floor with a queen bed, nightstands, and clothing storage. The first of three bathrooms is just down the hall. On the 2nd floor, you`ll find the master suite and kid’s room. The master suite boasts a comfortable king-sized bed, a smart TV, and a desk with desk chair, and plenty of nearby outlets. This master also features an en suite bathroom. The kids room hosts 1 queen, 1 full, 2 twins, and plenty of clothes storage. The third of three bathrooms is an en suite in the kids room.
Outdoor Space:
Step outside and discover your own private oasis, where relaxation and entertainment await. Just outside the rear of the kitchen, on the back patio you`ll find a spacious back patio complete with outdoor seating for 6 and a gas BBQ.

Conveniently located just 2.5 blocks from the beach and STEPS to the best part of Ventnor Ave (Velo Café, Santucci’s, Sapore, Agnes Café, Surf Shop, Boutiques, and more). Everywhere you need to go is in walking distance. The family can take a short walk to breakfast, lunch, or dinner (or Ice Cream!). Or load up a beach cart for a short walk to the beach. Ventnor beaches offers pristine sands and gentle waves, making it a perfect destination for swimming, surfing, or unwinding by the sea.

Just your clothes! Host House supplies this property with: beach tags, beach chairs, beach towels, fresh linens, fresh towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, creamer, sugar, tea, and more!

This home is professionally managed by Host House, a Ventnor based vacation rental manger, ensuring you and your family are in for a great stay. When you stay at a Host House property, your automatically covered for up to $1,500 in accidental damage protection.
The charge listed as “Insurance fee” covers your purchase of $1,500 in damage protection coverage for your reservation. This protection is in lieu of a cash damage/security deposit. Coverage details are outlined on your boarding pass link.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within the eligible refund period outlined in the listing policy, you’ll receive a refund minus any credit card processing fees applied to your previous payments.
Two unit dwelling: Like many homes in this part of Ventnor, this is a two family home. This unit is main part of the house (2nd and 3rd floors). The ground floor consists of a garden apartment which is also rented and managed by our company.
The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.
- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Absolutely no parties or events.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.
The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.
We are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind. Please thoroughly check the property to ensure you have all your personal belongings before check out.
Any violation of our House Rules is subject to non-entry/removal from property/no refund or additional fees for any damages.
