This 4 story 1,900 sq foot property at 52nd street sleeps up to 10 people with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths (2 master baths, 2 main hallway baths, and 1 indoor half bath with a large outdoor shower). with a beach level paver patio.

Spectacular ocean views surround the living room, kitchen, dining area and all 3 decks. Enjoy outdoor furniture on the elevated oceanfront balcony, ideal for a sunny morning cup of coffee and newspaper. New kitchen cabinets and stainless steel appliances with center island and beautiful hand selected granite make a focal point for entertaining and socializing. New Flat screen 55” HDTV in the living room along with TVs in all 5 bedrooms. Wireless internet. Great, clean home!

The house was immaculate! Clean and well taken care of. Didn't feel like a rental, felt like home! No overstuffed bedrooms, with mutliple beds. It was perfectly furnished! Owners communicated quickly and answered any questions I had. The house had everything we needed! Would absolutely rent from these owners again!
