This inviting 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom ranch offers 1,300 square feet of well-designed comfort, ideal for family gatherings or quiet retreats. The beautifully landscaped backyard sets the stage for alfresco dining under twinkling lights. Inside, you’ll find all the essentials of home, arranged with both ease and elegance. Whether you’re strolling to nearby town attractions or catching the LaScalas bus to their oceanfront eatery, convenience is always close. For those seeking sunshine with a side of serenity, this beach retreat could be your perfect seasonal sanctuary.

    NON-PARTY HOUSE POLICY: We do not rent to guests aged 25 and under. Our home is designed for families and adults.

    Welcome to our cozy beach house located in Brigantine, NJ, just 1.5 blocks from the guarded beach in the A Zone at 20th Street. This inviting property features 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room. The half-circular driveway accommodates up to 3 cars, with additional street parking available.

    Enjoy our backyard, complete with a patio area, table, chairs, and cushions for 8, as well as an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Experience alfresco dining in a serene setting. Discover why we cherish our home away from home in Brigantine, with its pristine beaches, vibrant wildlife, and family-friendly atmosphere. We are conveniently located near AC Marina, Borgata, and other casinos.

    Rental Policies:

    Minimum age for renters: 25 years old
    Check-in: 4 PM or later
    Check-out: 10 AM
    While we are eager to host you, please adhere to the check-in time. We will strive to accommodate earlier check-in requests when possible. Our thorough cleaning process, which includes washing linens and bedding, requires the 4 PM check-in time. We also follow enhanced cleaning and disinfecting protocols for COVID-19 to ensure a safe environment for our guests.

    Please note that linens, beach towels, chairs, and other beach equipment are not provided. However, we do supply bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths.

Great Get Away With the Kids

The house was everything we needed for a nice quiet stay at the beach! Very clean, and it was super helpful that it had a lot of the furniture needed for kids 3 and under. Host had great communication!

Perfect location, very comfortable

We had a great stay! The yard was so nics for my kids to play in post beach. Tvs in every bedroom was a fun treat! The house is located an easy, walkable distance from beach. Property itself is spacious and well maintained. Lots of amenities for a family who prefers to make meals at home. We would book again!

Enjoyed our family stay

Amazing house and location for a family!

We could not have asked for a more perfect house for our stay down the shore! Super clean, all the kitchen / house supplies we could ever need, outdoor shower, and washer / dryer. My boys loved the bunk beds, and the walk to the beach was perfect distance for their little legs. Walking distance to the shark park and Lascalas! Highly recommended for a small family and would love to stay here again! Ann was SUPER helpful with allllll of my “mom” questions leading up to the trip. Her home is lovely! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay and create memories here.

Birthday last minute getaway

This was an absolutely amazing weekend. The owner was very easy to communicate with and the house was a perfect location to both north and south ends. I have never stayed at 20th street and the beach/ weather did not disappoint. The backyard was lovely, perfect size for our family of 4 and the bunny who joined us every evening. I would definitely stay again. There a gas stove/ oven, humongous washer and dryer, ice maker (we bought the same one after we got home) and outdoor shower. I especially like the front area, easy to rinse off sand and clean up beach chairs. I sat out there in the morning with my coffee.

Great house for family with young kids

This house was perfect for a stay with young kids (5 and under). The house had everything we needed for the week with kids- a highchair, crib, pack n play , toys, and a water table. It was very convenient not having to bring these things.

A great stay!

My family and I stayed at Ann's house for 2 wonderful weeks. The house was well-appointed, clean, airy and bright. The house is a short walk to the beach and when we weren't at the beach, the kids were playing in the lovely and well-maintained backyard. Ann was very responsive to all of our questions and concerns. I have a child with severe food allergies and we needed to make sure the kitchen was given extra attention as far as cleaning before we arrived. Ann and her cleaning team made sure the house was in perfect condition for us. We would definitely stay here again!

Great House in Brigantine Beach!

Great house, in a wonderful location! We were a party of adults with one 10 month old. The crib and high chair that were provided were a great plus. It was a short walk to the beach and the back yard was a wonderful place to hang out or have dinner. The owner was very easy to communicate with and the check-in was super easy. Perfect Fit Home

What a wonderful stay! The home is so well equipped and well kept. We had everything we needed. Ann was very responsive through email and text, and we felt very comfortable with her cleaning protocols for COVID. The house is on an extremely quiet street, but close to everything. We feel so lucky to have found such a perfect stay for our yearly, extended family vacation.

Amazing stay and experience!

Me and a few friends rented the house for a weekend and had an amazing time. The house is extremely spacious and has an amazing backyard to hang out in. It's in a very nice and quiet neighborhood as well. Ann is an amazing host! She gives you a ton of helpful information before you check-in and is always quick to respond if you have any questions. Would highly recommend staying at Ann's place!
