Spacious & Close to Beach- Condo E

This condo is situated in a great section of Ocean City (Gold Coast area). Just 2 short blocks to the beach on 1600 Asbury Ave. Living room, large bedroom and kitchen area. Kitchen has a dishwasher and is fully stocked with all all the amenities also includes a Keurig coffee maker /blender/toaster. There are ac units in each room. Includes cable TV and wifi. Bedroom has 2 queen size beds and a new 39" flat screen tv's and a new large 55" 4K Smart TV in the living room along with 2 sofa beds. The back deck consist of a dining area and BBQ grill. Also front covered porch/deck with sitting area. Off-street parking for 1 car. Washer/dryer in separate common area. This condo is in a 6 unit building 2 blocks from beach-Great for large families or extended families to rent multiple units to have your shared and personal space. This is a non-smoking building.Must be 21 years old to rent and we do not accept events or high school senior week rentals. Linens are the responsibility of guest you can bring your own or rent from a local company.

Great Stay Close to the boardwalk

Great dog friendly condo

We have stayed at this condo for the past 3 years. It is a short walk to the beach and boardwalk and within a short drive to the Asbury stores and restaurants. Rooms are clean, and kitchen is well equipped. The host is very responsive. It is a perfect location for our family of 4 and our dog!

Parents Getting Away

Property was in a good location and clean. Was three blocks to nice beaches and the boardwalk. I would recommend bikes. The farmers market on Wednesdays is nice and the 1600 Seafood takeout was easy and convenient. Would stay here again.

Great price in a great location

The property manager - Sal - was excellent to work with. Very communicative. Property was clean, spacious and comfortable. Close enough to the beach and Asbury shopping district, but not too close - which was more relaxing. Everything in the unit is impeccably organized and easy to find. AND it is pet friendly. Wawa, CVS and 16th street seafood are all nearby.

Great vacation place to stay!

This property was fantastic! Great location, nice quiet neighborhood and only three short blocks to the boardwalk/beach. It has all the amenities of home and then some. Perfect for 2-4 people and you're allowed to bring small pets (we brought our dog). Will definitely stay there again in the future for more than just one week. Thank you so much again to the hosts/owners of this property for making our stay a great one.

Great Unit B, convenient to beach, excellent host communications

Host contacted me during my drive to OC to let me know that the folks who checked out of our unit that morning had caused some damages that he had to deal with so he was moving us to a different unit. (His communication was wonderful throughout our stay). Excellent for us as we ended up in Unit B, on the first floor, which was better for my mom, way fewer steps. So this review is actually of Unit B, but is basically identical to Unit E. Spacious unit, great wifi, basic paper goods and cleaning supplies provided. Kitchen adequately stocked with full size oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. Don’t forget to pack your linens/pillows/bath towels and bring a dish towel for use in kitchen to dry dishes. Nice quiet neighborhood with decently close beach access. Off street parking was fabulous; outdoor foot spray and shower very helpful to prevent sand through the unit; we didn’t use the gas grill. Overall a nice unit; will be staying here again if available for our next trip to OCNJ.

Cute rental

This place was very cute. A great amount of space for the 4 of us. Great location if you don’t want to be in the center of all the action while still having lots of stuff to walk to. The prop mgr was also very responsive to any questions I had. Would definitely recommend.

Couldn’t ask for more!

Condo was immaculate. Kitchen was stocked very well. The front and back porches on the second floor were awesome. Loved that there was a gas grill. Parking was very convenient. Was only a five minute walk to the beach. Property is at Asbury Ave which is loaded with shops. Loved the furniture and beds here, very comfy. Loved the beach decor because it wasn’t overboard with a bunch of lighthouses or fish! We will be returning for sure.
