"Great place. Convenient to MTA train station from airport. Staff were all friendly and customer-service focused. Only ‘negative’ is the shower was worn and shower head was past its prime. Would stay here again, though. "

"The staff were very friendly and helpful, but here was only one person at the reception desk, making for long waits. There was no bottled water. The rooms are overdue a makeover. Due to the open atrium, it’s very noisy. The revolving door was non functioning. Breakfast omelette were good! Very few amenities. The best thing about the hotel was its location near friendship heights. I do not think I’ll stay here again."

"We booked 4 rooms, 2 of the 4 had a broken AC. One of the rooms wasn’t available at check in. "

"Hotel was great and staff were so helpful. Location was perfect with easy access to several areas plus a running/walk route a min away by the Potomac. Pool was fabulous. Would definitely recommend and stay here again."

"Room was very clean and the staff were friendly. The water pressure in the shower left some to be desired. The tv volume in our room barely functioned. We had to turn it to max and have captions on in order to semi-understand understand our show. The room’s climate control is controlled by the building as a whole which was a bit frustrating as the room was stuffy and our only recourse was to open the windows which didn’t have screens. Beds were comfy and as preciously stated, clean. "

" The hotel lobby was a bit muggy, and the temperature wasn’t ideal for sitting at the bar. However, the clean room and friendly staff made it a great place to stay, especially considering its great location near the local downtown."
