"When I arrived and upon post check-in, the room key provided did not work. A staff member came to the room I was assigned to with a new key which didn't work either and had to wait in the hallway to be assigned to another room at the other end of the hallway.
My room was horrible, stains on the bed sheets, the floor was very dusty and dirty, and smelled very fowl. The sink in the bathroom, would not drain and the shower would not produce hot water.
My room after my first night stay, was not cleaned, and when I approached the night front desk manager about having my room cleaned, said, with attitude, that I was supposed to make a special request to have my room cleaned, and wouldn't agree to have my room cleaned, again, with attitude.
I paid up front $500 for 2 nights.
Warning: Never stay at the Hy-Lo Hotel in Durant, OK. Worst I've ever experienced in my life, and I'm a heavy business traveler."
