「The property was not ready when we arrived 2 hours later; the pool was not filled; garbage was outside of the property and clothes were left on the floor; no towels initially then received 4 towels for 5 people. All the doors did not lock; never got a key to the facility -- someone stayed in the security room all night -- was not notified of that; owner did not communicate any of these changes beforehand but made lots of excuses after the fact.
