“Hello Ebo, we really enjoyed your stay in your house. The house is close to the street and close to the beach. The house offers every comfort and is very clean and very well equipped. The staff is polite and courteous. We found the house easily. The access on the first evening was somewhat compiled. But you helped us quickly and we were able to enter the house. All kitchen appliances worked perfectly. Only the dishwasher was not perfect. It is not installed correctly and was difficult to open……

“The property was not ready when we arrived 2 hours later; the pool was not filled; garbage was outside of the property and clothes were left on the floor; no towels initially then received 4 towels for 5 people. All the doors did not lock; never got a key to the facility -- someone stayed in the security room all night -- was not notified of that; owner did not communicate any of these changes beforehand but made lots of excuses after the fact. It felt we were their first customer so it makes……
