“The first day we reached we had to wait hours to check in even though we were told check in from 3pm. Once we got to our room we were shown around. The TV didnt work and the door handle for the bathroom came off. The guy just put it back on an left. A few days later the door handle came off again and as I picked it up to put it back on it sliced my finger. I reported it to reception and the maintenance man was sent.
