「The Holiday Inn Express in Topeka was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful the breakfast buffet was hot and lots of choices the room was clean and everything was in working order I would stay there again」

「Everything was great except for when we got there Friday the 10th in the afternoon the short Hispanic lady was on the her phone speaking to friend or boyfriend cause when we stood in front of her she ignored us until my wife got her attention and you can tell while getting our room card she had a bad attitude look on her face cause we disturbed her cell phone moment. Everything else was great 👍」

I paid for my room through a third party site, then put down a card for the $50 incidental charge which I was told I would get back at check out. After checkout, I doubled checked my account and found that they charged me an additional $92. I went to the front desk, wasn't offered an explanation but was given a refund and a reciept. 「The rooms were clean, which I appreciate. However, our toilet wouldn't flush easily. Also, I did find a bug on my bed the day of checkout, but lucky luckily it was just a silverfish... but a silverfish on the 4th floor. I would probably stay here again, though.」
