“Excellent property closes to everything in town”

“It was a bigger property than expected. Really very clean, lots of towels and didn’t expect the complimentary coffee station. So overall it was perfect for what we needed.”

“Great host... Good space... good for dogs as backyard is fenced. Could be cleaned better. Overall good”

“The owners of the property were very attentive and welcoming. Everything was explained very clearly and plainly labeled in and out of the house so it was easy to find and put back. Our two dogs joined us as well. The fenced back yard was ideal and made them feel right at home without being cooped up. There was not one thing they didn't think of down to having toys and treats for my dogs. Highly recommend. We would stay again.”

“This was the coolest space our group has stayed in. The house is very clean, the location is great, the host is very easy to get a hold of/communicate with. They even left water on all of the bedside tables for everyone. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone!”

“The house and property was very clean, set up well and obviously cared for. Kitchen was great - plates, glassware, pots/pans, silverware, etc and lots of basic supplies. Everything worked as described. Bathrooms were clean and worked great. AC was excellent. The firepit out back was beautiful, the game room in the garage was awesome, the dock/boat area very nice and had a beautiful view of the lake. Yard was great for the kids to play. Gas fire out front was nice at night too. The host was very……

“Excellent stay at an excellent property. Location, size, and configuration were perfect for our group of 11 people. Host communication, both before and during, was great ... we had several questions and he supplied quick clear responses. Property is located at a perfect spot in the Finger Lakes, near enough SYR Airport to get there fast, and close to many lakes, wineries, waterfalls, and other activities.”

“We really enjoyed our stay, very clean and plenty of space. Brian was very responsive to our questions. Kids enjoyed the pool and pool house. We have family in the area and would definitely stay here again.”

“Lovely historically appointed home. Modern kitchen and bathrooms. Sauna was a treat. Not much accommodation for hanging clothes. Porch stair boards were loose. There was some confusion regarding parking and it would be helpful to know ahead of time it is located on Trinity Lane. Host was wonderful and would recommend to friends and family”

“Very clean and nice. Quiet as it’s in the back.”

“This cozy cottage was exactly what we were looking for- quiet relaxation, great views, easy access. We hope to return in the future!”

“Great location. Walk to town and lake easily. Bathroom is very small. Would recommend a night light as it’s very dark at night. Also an additional mirror in bedroom. No real sitting area was the downside.”

“Great house right on the lake, the only thing that I did not like was all of the spiders in the house! Saw Atleast 20.. probably more. I definitely did not sleep good that night. It might be common for lake houses to have a lot of creepy crawlers being so close to water, not sure but that would be my only complaint. Host was great with communication and the check in/check out process was clear and easy.”

“Excellent.”
