「Excellent experience!」

「Excellent management of the property. Superb communication. Very courteous. Great views and in a pretty and quiet neighborhood」

「This house has beautiful views of Lake Ariana and you can walk to old town and access the lake easily. The house is an old classic central Florida house with some quirks, but had room for family and entertaining. Auburndale beautiful and was a great place to visit and had quick access to highways. 」

「Nice house, but not all the ceiling fans worked, and most of the night stands lights did not work/ was not plugged in and we could not find plugs. 」

「Perfect location and set up for a bunch of guys before a wedding. Great place to hang out and chill.」

Communication with the homeowner was very easy thru email. The neighborhood is so quiet. Every evening when we came in we would take a walk around the entire neighborhood for exercise.

「Parking was plentiful, Staff was very helpful and friendly - especially the young woman that checked me in (Allison??) and the lady that checked me out this AM. Both very personable and helpful!! The room did have some candy wrappers on the floor when I checked in, so really it could have been cleaned better, but towels, etc. were clean and soft. Breakfast was good - and enough options.」
