I had a problem with the key that took a couple of attempts by both the owner of the unit and the front desk people to fix. "I recently had the opportunity to visit Sydney and Australia for the first time, and Meriton Suites was an excellent choice. Prior to my arrival, I researched various hotels online but was drawn to Meriton had to offer . Guillaume's warm greeting and efficient check-in process set the tone for my stay. The room was clean and spacious , exceeding my expectations. The hotel's location was ideal, and the staff were courteous and helpful. I'd particularly like to thank Rodney and Tom for their assistance and Yusuf for promptly addressing the window issue in my room. Given my positive experience, I would highly recommend Meriton Suites to anyone traveling to Sydney and appreciate the memorable experience it provided during my first trip to Australia. Thanks again Meriton!! I’ll definitely come back!"
