"Located in such a convenient location."

"Over half an hour wait to check in. Room different than advertised. Club room staff not as friendly as in the past. Stayed here several times but not sure we will return"

"The property is in a great location. The rooms are very spacious and some have washer and dryers in the room. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good, hot buffet breakfast."

"Lovely hotel in a central location. Very clean, comfortable. Nice bathroom amenities. Microwave, mini fridge and electric kettle in room. Did not use the hotel restaurant (Trocadero) but it looked good. Wish I could have stayed longer!"

"If you are just looking for a basic room for a night this place is it. Arrived at 4pm, no one in reception - greeted by someone in pajamas - parking was down the back of a steep driveway on the property, at an addidtion $20 - if a car spot is available. Nothing flash about the room, water pressure not great - for one night - go ahead, for more than that - book elsewhere "

"As a repeat customer I was very happy overall with my stay. I was disappointed that for during my time frame the men’s steam room & sauna was out of service yet the room price remained the same. It is one of the key reasons I stay at this property I also revisited the Our Land bar/ restaurant & was very pleased with the attentive service & staff after prior below par experiences."
