Room was spotless. Lovely staff. Breakfast was enough to feed an army and really good. Wish I’d chosen a different room as we didn’t have an outside window but other than that, it was perfect.

Great staff. Clean room. wonderful breakfast in the cafe. The hotel is near shopping, cafes, the wharf; all within walking distance.
The hotel is a traditional hotel in great restored condition. We found the room lovely. Very clean, good choice of complementary tea and coffee and well stocked minibar although we enjoyed a drink in the lovely small English style private bar. Breakfast was from a full menu and our choice was very generous.
The hotel was very central so convenient for me. The staff were friendly. The restaurant staff were lovely and the food was very yummy. My room was great. The selection of teas and coffee was way better than most hotels. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in central Auckland.
