Great location for relaxing. It’s really quiet and allows you to appreciate all the surrounding nature. Fairly close to a lot of beaches, so it was very ideal for our summer trip.

Great location and access, at times eeriely quiet yet beautiful. Staff were helpful however had poor English making some conversations challenging. All in all great stay for a great price.

We enjoyed our stay. Nice modern and well furnished property. Quiet location and long beach 5min drive away. Only thing was need to bring own linen as only bottom sheet and duvet provided and wasn’t stipulated on website. Comfy beds. Would stay here again.

Comfortable and relaxing stay

This is an interesting place, something in between manor and lodge, with guests sharing a communal living area, kitchen and backyard. Rooms were clean. Check in was straightforward. The area was very quiet and relaxing.

Sheet and duvet didn’t appear clean and no top sheet which makes the thought of a reused duvet even worse. Bathroom didn’t seem overly clean and there was a faint unpleasant odour in the room. Otherwise, location was ideal and the room did have everything we needed for our very last minute 1-night stay.

This is an interesting spur of the moment stay. Whilst it was 'off the beaten track' (its not) between the two Auckland beach suburbs, it was easy to find. Staff show'n'tell: 10/10. The Studio room was spacious, very modern and clean 10/10. Two firm beds (10/10). Aircon (10/10). A large shower. TV in room (9/10). Free parking onsite (10/10). Outside entertaining area available to sit and get eaten by the mosquitos :). Lovely place. I'd stay again.

We really loved Alpaca Manor and will stay again for sure. Friendly phone conversations, easy check in and lovely room with two double beds and an ensuite bathroom. The facilities look amazing, its convenient to local shops snd motorway and was quiet ... a real getaway. Highly recommend.
