Room was beautiful, stunning view. Could have another comfy chair. Room wasn’t “spotless” I found a couple of stray hairs in the bathroom. But I just washed them away. Otherwise it was good oh and having no parking was a bit disappointing.

Beautiful room, wonderful staff, breakfast was very good. Rooms came with fridge, coffee maker for tea and coffee with cream and different kinds of sugar. You can use their laundry facility. Close to Sparks Arena and the Civic Center. You can walk to the Ferry and there’s stores, the Auckland Museum and restaurants practically a few blocks away from the hotel. They’ll even store your luggage. Would definitely stay here again.

Great friendly reception staff on arrival. Room was clean and suited our night away. Is close to transport and not that far to.walk to main shopping.or restaurants, parking at hotel was good (pay extra for) restaurant and bar looked good but we went out for meals. Check out was quick and easy. Would recommend if you looking.for a budget friendly option to have a night or 2 away.

Would have liked cups in the room to be bigger as so tiny had to make 3 cups every time . Only 2 english breakfast t bags im british enjoy several cups of tea. Staff great . Enjoyed breakfast. Would have been nice to have brochures on display so could decide where to visit or maps where to go.

The staff were lovely & very helpful, we were able to get a car park which was awesome but you don't know until you arrive if it's available. The wifi wasn't strong enough to cast to the tv, it kept dropping out but worked fine on phones. The beds were comfortable but the room did look a bit tired. Great location for the Arena.

Great central location. We were 4 females sharing a room, we knew 2 would be sharing a bed but it was two double beds in a tiny room so was very cramped. The room was only dressed for 2 had had to ask on two separate occasions for an xtra stuff
