Everything met our expectation. The man at reception friendly and efficient and after 3 mins of arriving we were in our room. The bed was very comfortable and the premises very clean and tidy. Plenty of heating, which we really appreciated as we were very cold when we arrived. All in all, we would definetly come again

Terrific stay. Lovely room. Great views of Auckland harbour bridge. Very nice walks to harbour and ferry to Auckland central only 5 mins walk from hotel. Front of house staff were first class. Very friendly, safe and quiet location. Thanks for the upgrade

We had a great stay at Ocean Breeze Hotel for three nights. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and quick. The location is ideal for us, offering beautiful views of the CBD and Harbour Bridge. Public transport options, including buses and ferries, are easily accessible for getting to the city or exploring the North Shore, and there are plenty of parking spaces available! The property could benefit from some maintenance, especially the exterior. The curtain in our living room couldn’t fully close, which was a bit annoying. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The room was quite spacious, and the area was peaceful and quiet. We would definitely come back and stay here again in the future.

The front of the building looks quite exclusive with a 'grand' entrance and check in area. The room we had was like an apartment, came with a little kitchen, living area, balcony with harbour/waterview, big bathroom with washing machine! The back of the building and it's surroundings looks less maintained, it appears to be that there has been a slip or something happened to the steep bank which made me wonder how safe the parking area and the back of the building were.
