The Place:
Relax in a modern house, within the Mangere Bridge community.

The Surrounds:
Just 200 meters walk to the waterfront, or a 20-minute stroll along the picturesque waterfront (Kiwi esplanade) to Ambury Farm or visit the local Mangere Bridge village cafes.

Prime Location:
- Just 10 minutes from Auckland airport
- 20 minutes to Auckland CBD
- local park with playground a couple of houses away
- Mangere Bridge village - with supermarket, restaurants, cafes less than 5 mins drive away.

The space
Two bedrooms - suitable for 4 adults or a family with 2 long single beds, a queen size bed, toys and fully fenced deck. We can convert the single bed into king let us know your requirements on booking.

Modern kitchen fully equipped with oven, rangehood, gas stovetop.

Basics provided: salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea, sugar and milk.

Hosts live next door (fencing and trees separate the houses). We are happy to help if you have any questions or need us.

My family and I had an absolute pleasure accomodating ourselves at the Retreat in Mangere Bridge. Dave and his wife Shilpa, made us feel very welcome and this definitely was a home away from home. The premises was quite and clean. The location was away from all the hustle and bustle of city life which I loved. Very peaceful. We checked in at 2am with ease. Would definitely recommend staying here and will definitely come and stay again if opportunity arises.

Retreat in Māngere was wonderful - the house is private, well equipped, beautifully decorated, warm and in a great location. Check in was smooth and flexible (we loved that it was just a self check in). We do prefer softer beds as a family but that is just our personal preference and I am pregnant so harder to sleep on firm beds. Overall we were very satisfied and would happily book this stay again, cheers.

David was an amazing host. Very accommodative and he checked up on us everyday to make sure we needed anything else. The house was very warm cozy inviting and well equipped with all the essentials and more. Loved the personal touches of the home decor. A great place to stay if anyone is looking for a place to stay in the mangere bridge area. Highly recommend as I will definitely use the accommodation again in the future.
