The apartment itself is great but unfortunately we were falsely accused of marking the wall in the top bedroom which made the experience very stressful. Luckily I had photo evidence to the contrary. They also said we broke a blind in the top bedroom which we hadn’t used and unfortunately didn’t notice it was broken. Looking at their reviews I see the blind was faulty a couple of months ago. They took 199 out of my account late at night which they followed up with a quick email including their ‘evidence’ photos, one of which didn’t even look like the same place. Make sure to document all of the many marks and scuffs on the walls of all rooms and check for any other damage within the apartment. This could have been an honest mistake on their part but be careful just in case. My daughter thought I was crazy photographing them all but I’m so glad I did. They have reimbursed me as I had evidence and argued against the blind accusation but if I hadn’t I would have lost 199. As for the apartment both showers are lacking power due to it being on the 26th floor but the amazing view and large balcony in such a central location makes up for this. The downstairs bedroom could do with a heater in the winter or an electric blanket because it was quite chilly but there is a good heater upstairs. There are two fans available if you are there in the summer. If it wasn’t for the stress of having money unduly taken from my account it would have been a great stay due to the amazing
