Spacious, peaceful garden apartment

Set in a lovely garden, this property is an urban oasis. The flat is cool in summer and cozy in winter. It is aesthetically appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The kitchenette opens out onto a sunny patio and access to the garden for eating outside under the shade of wonderful trees.
We have an organic vegetable garden and grounds.
Wildlife is important to us, and we feel blessed to have the glorious tui, the Piwakawaka (Fantail), the Tauhou (White eyes) and the occasional Ruru (native owl) visit the garden. They eat insects and nectar and because of this we use no poisonous sprays. Therefore, the garden is full of birds and the soil is rich in its microbiome. Please respect that insects are necessary for the life of the garden, the birds and the planet.
All waste is separated, and we do our best not to add plastics to landfil, where necessary.
Guest access
The flat has its own carpark space in front with easy access to your own front door. The flat has a key in a lockbox, the code of which is given just before you arrive to stay.
Other things to note:
close by are wonderful beaches of Kohimarama, Mission Bay and St Heliers and nature walks. There is a bus to the city on the corner of the street and the train station is just 3 minutes by car. The train can take you to Sylvia Park mall in 10 minutes and the city centre in just 20 minutes.
