Quiet location on Queen Street

Great location and very clean. Did not quite keep up to its promise as the inhouse swimmingpool which is undoubtedly one of the attractions of this property was not fully functional (broken jetstream). A reading light at the bedside would have been nice (just a suggestion for improvement). I appreciated that attempt of the property manager to communicate in the best possible way but at the end felt slightly inondanted with emails, some of which did not add anything new.
