"they had hidden chargers daily fee called a destination fee said it was because i booked online with hotels.com the pool, was dirty green not clean there was commination issues were the front desk lied or hid behind as English was a 2nd language the rooom window was dirty crusted over couldnt see out"

"Very disappointing stay. The area around the hotel had a very strong trash smell throughout the streets nearby, which made the experience unpleasant. The valet service was especially disappointing. The staff was unfriendly, and when I requested my car, it was left near a trash area instead of the hotel entrance, with little assistance or communication. I had to carry and load luggage on my own, which was frustrating and inconvenient. On top of that, there was confusion regarding the pet fee, which added unnecessary stress to the stay. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet expectations."

"Bathroom door was difficult to slide and the hook in the bathroom wasn't secured because it fell off as I hung my towel. Hotel doors closed really loudly. I could hear every door shut from inside our room. I feel that the hotel has lot quality since our last visits."

"They use pictures of other rooms on their listings , in our case we clicked on the room style “ one bedroom suite with balcony “. The pictures of it that then loaded ( we checked on all the travel sites and they do this on every single one) were of a room with a fireplace, an enormous bathtub and marble bathroom, and a large dining table, and it plainly stated on our confirmation stated 800 and some odd square feet and a 55 inch tv. NONE of which we had One front desk clerk told us those are not even their hotel. The other told us “ thats our presidential suite and you can’t have that “ We do expect to be shown pictures, even if dated our doctored, of the actual room we chose. And at least the listed amenities listed under that room style. What we did receive, was a suite, with a motel six style bathroom, a coffee maker that didnt work, lamps that didnt work, harsh fluorescent lighting, with an interior balcony over enormous air conditioning and exhaust fans that were loud even with the door closed. We received absolutely zero response or even apologies much less consideration when we voiced this "

"Outdoor pool was very refreshing consider the heat and humidity in New Orleans. Lobby is very elegant. Room was spacious, clean & bright. Everyone we came in contact with was very helpful. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at."

"We were greeted by an upside down couch at the front door! This is a Typical New Orleans home layout where you have to go through bedroom one to get to bedroom two to get to bedroom 3 and the two bathrooms which were clean and were nice. There’s no bath soap so we had to buy some. Some of the furniture were stained (gross) couch was a little uncomfortable, and springy. Beds were OK. The pillows were filthy dirty. Stove was dirty. Host was accommodating with any questions that we had, I gave pictures to him of the dirtiness of the home, furniture, kitchen. The condo is on a busy street called Louisiana. There’s a small grocery store two blocks from the home which was convenient and also had hot meals and entrées. Other than that we Uber everywhere as well as to the jazz fest."

"It was a great location and we enjoyed our stay. The only true complaint was the neighbours upstairs were up at all hours of the night thumping across the floor with shoes that were really loud. Nothing to do with the actual rental itself. A tiny bit of starter coffee would have added to the experience. Overall, I would book it again."
