"The Pond House fit my needs and location very well for the time I needed to be in Charlottesville. It was very spacious and clean. You need a car as it is north of downtown near the airport. A quiet setting in a quiet neighborhood. It is a basement apartment, so no windows to appreciate the it’s situation, but very comfortable."
