"Had issues with room. Spit alls in the bathroom woke up to bites all over me. Reported the issue to the front desk in the morning and she said she would have the manager contact me she did and said she would refund me and said she had pest control check and found no signs of bed bugs. I don't believe her at all. Never received a refund from here called the hotel and she acted like she didn't know me. I have left two messages with no call back.originally booked through Expedia and they couldn't help because I paid at the hotel. Avoid this place. Pay for a better hotel and save yourself the headache. "

"The hotel was clean and a nice condition, but beginning to show its age a little bit. The bathroom was clean with plenty of hot water. Bed was comfortable. I recall this a good standard hotel, but not luxurious."

"I booked this home for an unexpected visit to Juneau and it was perfect. It is cozy with a beautiful view. It was well stocked with everything we needed and the owners are wonderful. I plan to visit in the future. Highly recommend. "
