"We enjoyed our stay at the Candlewood Suites in New Bern. Our room was quite spacious, the bed comfy, and the kitchen unit was great for preparing breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring New Bern and it was wonderful having this comfortable space to return to in the evenings. The lady at the desk was helpful in recommending sights to see - and the complimentary cookies were yummy. It was nice having so many restaurants nearby. We would stay there again. "

"Property not as advertised. Plus listing said all fees included, then an additional fee was added for a VRBO charge. Unit was Worn and poor quality. No keurig or coffee included, no hair dryer. "

"Overall, the cottage was a great stay for us. We came down from Pittsburgh for Family Weekend at ECU and it was well worth it. The location made it very easy to drive to and from campus. The view of the river in the morning was incredible, and the fishing was great (we're big fishing people, so if you're into that sort of thing, would definitely recommend this cottage). The hosts were easy going, and easy to communicate with. We didn't need much, but when we had questions, they were quick to answer them.We would definitely consider renting this place again, even for a week long vacation. "

"We loved the cuteness of this tiny cabin. Two things stood out to us. Having the new memory foam mattresses; using slats rather than a full sheet of plywood can be uncomfortable. Also, the TV is the size of a large laptop computer and my iPhone would t scan the QR code from the bed. Each time we wanted to sign in to our apps you need to get closer to the TV. Two minor things, that would make a huge difference. So friendly at check in and while at the campground store. They had great recommendations! We loved it and would stay again"
