This was the perfect place to stay and visit a UT football game! Clean, close to campus, everything we needed. The host was available for any questions and really helpful!!!

Good spot for a guys weekend

The property was as advertised, go good spot for access to the UT game, nestled in the fest/Greek neighborhood so lonely and energetic. However was a bit dirty, tub and sink drains were clogged. We were there on a golf and football trip and it gave us nostalgia for our college days :)

Disappointing

I walked into the apartment and it was 83 degrees with water on the bathroom floor. It took 2 days to properly fix the AC including replacing a filter that was covered in dust and dirt. The showers have mold in them and this was never addressed. The rest of the unit was clean, but the bathrooms need work.
