Great location

We enjoyed our stay at the Nativo property. The property is clean and the amenities are great. We loved the roof top pool and location of the property. The apartment had everything we needed for a long weekend.

We had a great weekend. The condo was perfect and the building amenities were fabulous. Dog park, rooftop pool with beautiful views and running trail on the lake with arboretum outside the front door. We will be back!

Great location, facility, staff, and views!

This property is located one block over from Rainey Street (tons of bars, restaurants, food trucks) so you get the convenience without the noise. It is easy walking distance from convention center, Austin City Limits, Congress Street bridge (bat watching), state capitol, and University of Texas. The staff is super friendly and helpful! The condo was clean with a minimalist but comfortable approach. I particularly loved the Nespresso machine and the provided espresso pods. We will definitely be back!
