- This 3-bedroom 2-bathroom house can comfortably accommodate 6 adults and 4 children and is perfect for your escape or home away from home. With a California king bed in the master bedroom, queen beds in the two other bedrooms, and a twin trundle bed in the laundry area, guests can enjoy a comfortable stay. The property also features a cozy living room and large open plan kitchen with adjacent laundry, making it an excellent choice for families or groups. With 2 full bathrooms - one with a shower and other with bathtub/shower there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their stay. Relax in this serene retreat, enjoy the fully enclosed backyard and BBQ area and make the most of your time in Georgetown. Everything was great! We’ve stayed here previously and the owner is fantastic. The property is located close to the university and the square and two driveways make it convenient if you have more than one car at the home.

This house was amazing! Looks exactly how its listed! You walk in and it smeels nice and clean. We o ly used the main bedroom but did use both bathrooms and no problems! If we come back to this area we will definitely stay here!

Great stay!
The house was great! We opted to stay in a house rather than a hotel and it was a great decision. We always travel with our dogs and the backyard was perfect for them. House was very clean and had everything we needed.

Very Charming house!
Property was very cute & charming! Bedrooms were super comfy and no issues at all with check in! No complaints at all. It was exactly what we were looking for! The host was even so kind to ship my daughter's favorite stuffy that she left behind the very next day!!

Delightful haven during a difficult memorial
What a lovely home! They had thoughtfully anticipated and provided for all our needs. The laundry room and dishwasher had detergent and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. We didn't have our granddaughter with us, but there was a high-chair and playpen if we had. The back yard was wonderful with comfy chairs and a large umbrella/shade and grill.

Lovely celebration house
Family came from IL,TX,MI,andMO to celebrate our mom's 95th birthday. This lovely house provided the perfect spot to gather and celebrate. Cozy, clean,modern rooms with comfy beds. Large kitchen equipped for homemade meals. Fenced backyard perfect for casual sitting and playing ball with our poodle. Walking distance (20 minutes) from quaint downtown Georgetown. 10 minutes from Brookdale assisted living. 5 minutes from HEB. Rooms are a little smaller than the photos, but this did not bother us. Overall lovely place to stay.

This lovely home is perfect in every way! The location to the square and Southwestern is perfect. We brought our dogs and the fenced yard is great as well. We have already booked 2 more stays.Communication withe the owner is seamless! 10 out of 10 rental experience.
