The Neighborhood:

Round Rock is a lively city that offers a wide range of activities and attractions. Visitors can enjoy the electric atmosphere of baseball games at Dell Diamond, home to the Round Rock Express. The city's parks, like Old Settlers Park, provide opportunities for hiking, biking, fishing, and water park fun at Rock'N River. Round Rock's downtown area is filled with art galleries, boutique shops, and local eateries, creating a vibrant atmosphere for exploration. The Kalahari Resort and Water Park is one of the best and most exciting entertainment option for families in Texas, especially during the blistering summer heat.



Food enthusiasts will find a diverse culinary scene, including Texas-style barbecue and international cuisines. The Round Rock Premium Outlets and other shopping centers offer a delightful retail therapy experience. Overall, Round Rock welcomes visitors with its friendly atmosphere, and offers a blend of sports, nature, arts, culture, and delicious food, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience for all.



Getting Around:

We recommend that guests rent a car during your stay in Austin as many of Austin’s best attractions and fun things to do are scattered around the city and much more convenient when accessed by car, especially given that this property is located at the edge of Austin in the Austin Metro Area. While there are certainly public transportation options such as buses and individual transportation options such as scooters/bikes/mopeds, these options are mainly convenient and readily available around the downtown Austin area and quickly becomes sparse even a couple miles outside of city center. Rideshare apps such as Uber and Lyft are also great options but expenses can quickly add up as Austin rideshare rates are on the higher end and can surge very high during busy times, such as 2AM on weekends and during large events such as SXSW, conferences, F1, etc.

To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID and selfie, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal.



Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.



Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:



« You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

« You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and a selfie prior to check-in.

« You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.



All guests are subject to verification checks and are required to provide the necessary information to us within 24 hours of booking. Same-day bookings are required to provide the information within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification check criteria.



★ Other Things to Note ★



- Garage parking is not available, and all cars should be parked on the driveway and on the street curb directly in front of the house

- We would love to welcome guests who book our house the same day of their arrival, but please be aware that your check-in may be a bit delayed (to as late as 7 pm) as we rush to prepare the home for your arrival. Guests who book more than 24 hours in advance will be able to check-in by 4 pm.

- We provide all of our guests a starter kit of consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, etc. Guests can purchase any additional consumables from nearby grocery stores (HEB and Costco) that you think you might need during your stay beyond what's included in the starter kit.

- This property has a guest limit of 6 standard and 10 maximum. Extra guest fees apply beyond standard occupancy.

- We have lawn care service that comes to the house on a bi-weekly basis around Thursdays (might be earlier or later) to mow the law and take care of the landscaping, and therefore will need access to the front and back yard during service. We do respectfully that guests keep all pets in doors during the lawn care service to ensure the lawn maintenance can be performed quickly.



Pets ARE allowed depending on size, please let us know beforehand and be upfront about bringing a pet to avoid cancellation. The following additional PER pet cleaning fee applies :



1- 4 Nights : $25 Per Night

5-29 Nights : $200

30+ Nights : $300 Per Month
