Close to Moody Center

We stayed at this home for a concert at Moody Center that was about 15min away. The neighborhood is older, but the property was fenced in and provided security. The home was clean and spacious. Owners always checked in and provided great instruction. Would stay here again. Thank you.

This property was clean an quiet and generally lovely. This particular unit does not open up to the pool but it is a quick 50 yard walk. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The host was very responsive and gave grace for allowing some unregistered guests to visit.

The house was very secure and absolutely adorable! Lots of space! The owners were great! Wonderful about checking in, making sure we had all of the details and we made it in safely.

Overall good; pool was gross

Overall, good location. Close to downtown. Not in the best neighborhood but it’s gated with a high fence and we felt safe. We hosted a bachelorette party with 11 females. The place was clean-ish, walking around barefoot the first night the bottom of our feet were black. Gross. Tape and leftover decorations on the walls. There was a tripped breaker in a bathroom and the property manager was prompt in response and sent maintenance out in a very timely manner. The listing stated towels provided; however, there were only 5 for 11 females, yikes. Again, the property manager came through in a timely manner and housekeeping immediately dropped off more towels. The pool… it is a shared pool with 4 other townhomes… the pool was disgusting after the first day. I own a pool and do my own maintenance and with that many people in and out, especially when ALL 4 townhomes are booked, there needs to be daily maintenance for the chemical levels and shocking the pool. The second day the water was so dirty you could not see your feet in the shallow end. Overall, it met all our needs and we were comfortable and had a great time. The pool could have been “insta” worthy of it was properly maintained.

We enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay! Lots of sleeping spaces and the backyard is beautiful! Unfortunately the pool is not heated so we were not able to enjoy it on this visit but my family enjoyed playing bocce ball! The property manager was extremely responsive. The place wasn’t completely clean when we got there and when I reached out - he sent someone to reclean it inmediately. Overall a very lovely place to stay!
