Wonderful option for event at the Barton Creek Omni Resort

Had a conference at the Omni Barton Creek and this house was perfect, it was about a mile from the Omni and it worked really well. After each day, coming into this house was great, very quiet and great views to relax before the next day.

Austin Sunsets

Gorgeous property, view from the terrace of the Austin Skyline and the sunsets were wonderful. House was well stocked for everything that we could need and if there was any questions, the host was very responsive. We will be back.

Beautiful view in a nice neighborhood! Roomy! Not good water pressure in showers. Enjoyed our stay very much! Understand that you are the bottom floor of the house and host lives above you.

Austin Bees in December

Home was spacious and clean. Lots of room to enjoy a family gathering. The two main bedrooms have excellent beds! A perfect amount of firm! The bed in the room off the kitchen is not great but the shower is the best of the 2in the house. Great deck with lovely sunset views and chairs and table to bbq and hang.

Nice 3 room downstairs house

Very clean and comfortable house. It's the bottom half of a 2 story house, with the hosts living in the upstairs part. Each room has it's own spacious bathroom, with a nice living room and kitchen area, as well as a very large concrete deck out back that faces the sunset in the evening. The unit has a 3 car garage, a covered carport in front of the garage, as well as additional parking out in front of the carport and even on the street as well, along with a nice washer and dryer set in the garage.

Beautiful home in Austin hill country

The house is very functional & in a great location close to Barton Creek CC. We had 3 couples staying in the 3 bedrooms/3 bath home. Easy access, plenty of parking, clean, responsive owners made it a wonderful place to stay when we were in town for a wedding. Only things we wish were better were the showers - 1 with little water pressure, so was not usable. The one we used is a tub with no curtain, so hard not to soak the floor & difficult to step out of.

Recommend this spacious, attractive, comfortable property

Conveniently located just off Bee Caves Rd. with shops and HEB minutes away, the property is quiet and private, located in a wooded area with a sweeping view of the hill country. Three spacious and comfortable suites and a large kitchen/living area for relaxing, playing games, etc. Large deck with sitting and dining areas, open to the view. Well appointed kitchen. We are an older couple who joined their adult children in Austin for Christmas, and it provided a great space and atmosphere for our conversations and activities. A doe and a buck came along for 15 minutes the morning we left. The only downside was very low water pressure in the MB2, requiring us to shower in another bathroom.

Visiting Austin

This property is in a great location. Neighborhood was safe, nice to take a morning/evening walk. Easily accessible to all the surrounding suburbs of Austin and into downtown. The property was clean, very spacious. We only had 3 travelers and had more room than what we needed. There were some minor items that need attention such as fixtures needed some bulbs replaced, suggest a tv in the master bedroom and at minimum one long length mirror somewhere. We had a problem with getting an adequate amount of hot water but the host came down to resolve the problem. The host was easily accessible as they live upstairs. So if I had to say something less positive it is that you could hear them walking around , more so in the morning, as we were gone most of the day. All in all

Beautiful Property- No Hot Water in Bathroom 2

The property was clean and well-appointed and even had a baby crib. There is a nice outdoor patio with an excellent view of Westlake. Communication with the owner was easy and he answered quickly to texts. The beds were very comfortable! I researched a property specifically with 3 full baths because we had 6 adults in our group. Although there were 3 full bathrooms, bathroom 2 did not have hot water, nor adequate pressure. We called the owner and he came to look at it. He was able to get the water pressure up, but the water never heated up to a comfortable level. The other 2 bathrooms did not have this problem. When we texted him again, he replied that 'the hot water heater is working, so there is hot water.' That was all we got. We made it work by sharing the other bathrooms, but it was not ideal. I would have given 5 stars had we not had this issue.
