The comforter in the master was soiled with either food or a bodily fluid l. We reported it, the host was apologetic and stated she was going to do her best to get the bedding replaced, unfortunately I did not heard back from her. I would have appreciated a text to let me know why the bedding wasn’t going to be changed, instead the lack of communication was disappointing and upsetting. I know things can be missed with such quick turnovers, so I didn’t get upset about the dirty linens and was perfectly fine with replacing the bedding to ensure a clean bed but then silence, ignored.
