Nestled between three Live Oaks, this beautiful private getaway in the Travis Heights neighborhood near South Congress and Lady Bird Lake is close to everything but secluded enough to get away from it all.
The private, stand alone apartment features hardwood floors, dual zone AC and heat and a private bedroom with a comfortable King-sized bed, walk-in closet and a well-lit bathroom with walk-in shower. A work nook in the living room includes a full-size desk and ample natural light.
Located on a quiet residential street within walking distance to Downtown, SoCo and Rainey Street. While a car isn't necessary, street parking in front is always available.

We stayed here for 3 nights for a wedding at south Congress hotel. The apartment was perfect for a couple. Great location walkable to south Congress and easy access to the rest of the city. We would happily stay here again next time we're in Austin.

We had a wonderful stay at South River City. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable. The location was in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood and yet very convenient (walking distance) from shops and great places to dine.
