With recently renovated bathrooms and kitchen and upgraded patio furniture in a spacious backyard, you can relax outdoors, sip your morning coffee, or wind down in the evening.
IDEAL FOR Perfect for extended stays, this home is especially well-suited for business travelers, event-goers, and families with older children, as the space is not fully childproof. Families with younger children are considered on a case-by-case basis. This is not a party house. The home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood with many work-from-home professionals. We ask that guests keep noise levels outside the home to a minimum and that activities remain primarily inside the home or in the backyard, rather than in the driveway or front of the house. These expectations are important to maintaining a peaceful environment and are strictly enforced. If this setting doesn’t align with your plans, this home may not be the right fit.
Maximum occupancy: 4 guests (no overnight guests beyond those included in the reservation)
The home is not childproof; families with young children are considered on a case-by-case basis
Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis and may require an additional fee
Routine service appointments (e.g., lawn care, pest control) may occur during your stay. We will always provide notice and do our best to accommodate your schedule

Guests must respect the quiet nature of the neighborhood at all times
Furniture and décor should remain in their original locations. If moved, please return items before checkout. Additional time required to reset the home may result in an extra charge

Trash should be placed in appropriate bins (landfill, recycling, or compost) and set at the curb on Tuesdays
Please leave the home in good order; Please place laundry items such as used towels and linens near bedroom and bathroom doorways
