Love this property - beautiful lake view and perfect for viewing the bats at sunset. The unit is clean, spacious and has everything you need for a fun stay. The pool/deck area is great and the staff is friendly and helpful. Love that the hiking trail and Rainey Street are just steps away.

The view of the Austin city skyline and Lady Bird Lake (aka Town Lake) were amazing from this condo. The space was nicely furnished in a bohemian modern style. There was a lack of a few basics that I would have liked to have: kitchen towel and sponge, facial tissue, and better quality towels. All in all, my stay with Vacasa at Natiivo Austin Bluebonnet was nice.

Great view. Sheets are very old and like sandpaper same with towels. No coffee maker, espresso machine was not replenished. Nothing comfy and homelike about this property. Great view but for the price point cozy towels and new comfy sheets should be included. Also don’t come here for the pool, overcrowded with 20-30 year olds partying
