Perfect stay for our graduation trip

Our group of 5 really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for getting to UT campus activities. The beds were comfortable. The neighborhood felt safe; we had a nice walk one morning and saw a cool food truck park we wished we had time to visit. Loved sitting on the screened porch with our coffee listening to the birds. Bedrooms could have better storage options but that was the only downside. Would definitely stay there again.

Girls concert Weekend

House was great. Comfortable and clean. There were 5 of us, so we each had our own bedroom. Only suggestion might be to add some hooks in the bedrooms with no closets. Porch nice bonus. We were able to walk or take short Uber ride to any of our destinations, including Moody Center for concert. First time in Austin and it did not disappoint!

Great house for friends meet-up

The house was very clean and professionally manager. The property manager was very responsive. We definitely appreciated the professionalism of the property management company. The house was clean and ready for our arrival. We had a broken coffee pot and it was addressed quickly. The check out process was easy. We didn't have a long checklist of cleaning to do. Overall, it felt more like staying at a comfortable hotel than the awkwardness of being at a friend's house, which was ideal! The screened-in porch was a great (seasonal) feature. We spent every morning on the porch, drinking coffee and catch-up on the previous day's activities. It's worth noting that we had six friends (no couples) staying in the house. There were (4) Full/King/Queen beds, (2) bunkbeds. Other than that, you'd be on a sofa (not sure what they were calling the Twin Bed in Living Room #2). Fortunately, none of us were too old to climb the ladder of the bunk bed... Overall, it was a great house and the property management was top notch. I would stay here again or at another property owned by this owner.
