BEAUTIFUL HOME

This house was very spacious & well decorated. It is easy to locate, however, it is not well-lit at night. All of the appliances are modern. The Vacasa staff was very responsive to our needs & inquiries.

Review

The house was just as listed and definitely spacious enough for all of us which is why we chose this property and we loved seeing the deer hanging out in the yard. But there were also a couple cons such as the community pool sign on the fridge says only 4 guest per household can go and there were 9 of us so we couldn't go and there were marks and dings on the wall and counter from the swivel chairs, big rip in the living room curtains, the garage door to the kitchen didn't close or latch unless you locked it and back of the remote was missing which is not a big deal to us but I tried to contact through the vrbo app I booked the appointment on and when I tried to message on there if says I had to download the vacasa app which I tried but it says for iPhone only and I have an android so the lack of clear communication was a little frustrating but I ended up getting a phone number for them and called them to discuss some of the things we noticed when we first got there. The issues with the house didn't effect our stay at all so overall it was a good family vacation!

Beware of this home!

Home is nice and clean enough upon first inspection. But sheets were full of dirt and hair! Totally disgusting. We had to change our own sheets at 1 AM. We understand that people make mistakes but so far we have received no help from Vacasa. There was a broken chair and broken handle to the cabinet upon arrival. Also very few kitchen supplies. The one fry pan was totally scratched —no non stick surface left. The home is in a nice neighborhood but definitely needs some TLC.
