This house was perfect for our stay. It was super clean and well- stocked, especially the kitchen. The beds were comfy, the shower heads were awesome and provided plenty of pressure. We really appreciated having access to the garage. Overall, it was a great stay and we’d stay again when visiting the area.

This location is central to any place you want to go. Very comfortable bed. Easy check in and check out process. Nice quiet location but neighborhood is extremely crowded with cars parked on both sides of the streets.

We needed a place to stay while moving homes and had a great experience. Clean and comfortable with everything we needed while our things were packed. Even had disposable coffee cups and coffee so we could have coffee on the road!

This is our third time staying here. Jakob is a great host. He is proactive & thinks of everything. He provides coffee! Many houses do not provide this. The house is always clean & tidy. The cleaning fee & host fee are lower than many other houses. The location is close to Southwestern, downtown & Wolf Ranch. We will be back. We love Georgetown.

We had an overall good experience staying at this property in Georgetown. The house was nice and the beds were comfortable. The property manage, Jakob, was excellent whenever I communicated with him. We had a couple of small issues. One of the neighbors had a dog that barked every morning so if you want to sleep in, this probably isn't the place to stay. There was a dirty towel left in a laundry hamper when we checked in. We couldn't get the dishwasher to start during our stay. The water in the second bathroom wasn't very hot and the tub in the master bathroom didn't drain well. All of these issues were communicated with Jakob when we checked out. We also wished there was a place to sit in the backyard. If you want to do this, you should bring chairs with you. There were a lot of cars parked in the neighborhood, but we were able to park in the garage or on the drive way. Overall the house was good and we enjoyed our stay.
