2025 Graduation

We used the house for family to stay at and attend the 2025 UT Graduation. Great location and good space for a large group. Everything was as advertised and I would rent it again.

Home was located literally around corner from Travis Expo Center where Roundup was held! Communication with host AAA. Home was clean and well stocked with all needed things, could have used a few more towels other than that AWESOME place! Had a nightly blast on pool table and hot tub outside added plus for the ladies! Will definately stay again if needed thank you again and see you next year!

We came to Austin to move our son out of his apartment, and this was the perfect place to stay. After spending all day moving and cleaning, the house was a blessing to come back to. We had a huge backyard for the dogs to run around and get out their pent-up energy, we had a pool table, ping pong table and foosball table, so we didn't have to go anywhere for entertainment, or there was plenty of seating and a hot tub in the back yard if we wanted to just sit back with a glass of wine. At night we would go for walks around the neighborhood, never felt unsafe. There was plenty of space for all of us to have our personal space.Excellent communication with the host and will keep this house on my list for our next travels to see my Longhorn.

We had a great time with family celebrating a high school graduate. The place was clean and welcoming. The Vrbo manager was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to questions. The kitchen/dining/family room was large and spacious. The kitchen was well-equipped. It was easy access to 183 toll road and 15-20 minute drive to airport. The backyard had a life-size chess game and hammock. A grill and hot tub were also available. The garage was climate controlled and had a ping pong table and foosball game. The bedrooms(4) were spacious and the bathrooms(3) were clean and 2 were on-suite. This is a great place to stay.
