What an incredible house

Our family flew in for family wedding and I hosted by brother and sisters, that flew in from New Zealand, with their kids. The house is an architectural beauty, with large windows opening on a magical garden and pool area. The sun steams in and the kitchen is a joy to entertain in. We loved every moment and will definitely go back in the future. The neighborhood is quit and we found the location perfect.

Peaceful and relaxing

My adult son and I spent four nights at this pretty property. Owner has plentiful, user-friendly info about the home's operation (built-in coffee maker, spa heating, etc). The house itself is beautiful--loved the walls of windows! Kitchen is well equipped (bring your own spices though), beds are very comfortable, yard is peaceful. Location is convenient for most anything in the Austin area. Only small thing we would have preferred is a touchscreen door lock/keyless entry instead of keeping track of a key. Highly recommend this home away from home!

Beautiful home!

We had a lovely time at the Nest! The house is really beautiful, inside and out. It was spotless upon arrival with easy check-in instructions. We were a group of five women celebrating a reunion, and the spacious Nest offered a warm, inviting place for us to gather, relax, and catch up. Although the weather was icky during our stay, the outdoor space is thoughtfully curated for fun in the sun. The house is rather "smart" by design, and although we didn't make use of all of the bells and whistles, it offers many! The only thing I'd acknowledge is that we were a little further from the main South Congress shopping area, so we ended up taking more ubers than expected. Communication was smooth with our host as we tried to sort issues with the hot tub and speaker system. All in all, it was a great time and Austin is super fun! We hope to return one day.
