Nice escape

The place is very nice. It's a little secluded, tranquilt. There are deers outside of the gate. The respond from owner is very quick and helpful. We did have 1 small issue: one of the toilets was not working right off and on. The management said they would come up to fix the next morning but never did, so we just managed. It would be a perfect stay except for the last night. We had a very rough night because one of the neighbors apparently having party with very loud music (the kind with strong bass that almost shaking the floor) off and on from 12 midnight to almost 3am.

It is a very nice place but the A/C didn't work correctly the entire time we were there. It has to be reset over and over again to cool. I'd stay there again if I was sure there A/C had been updates.

Very nice Condo

Unit 3319 is very spacious with a large Master and Master bath. Our only complaint was the kitchen faucet needs replaced. The whole community is rather old (built in 86) but very well kept for its age. Unit 3319 has Fantastic sunset views. We will be back.

Great Stay!

The condo was perfect for our family. It was very clean, fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to make meals. The complex is beautiful with 3 pools and hot tubs. We used to the fitness center an that was very nice as well. The views from the condo and pools are spectacular. Definitely recommend staying here!

the Villa over all was outstanding. Very spacious, great views, lake access, pool hot tub lots to do. The only issue was that the main AC unit for living room and 2 bedrooms did not cool very well. Would definitely go back!

Very Nice - Except no A/C

Condo, location and view are all good. BIG downside is the A/C for the living room and 2 guest rooms never worked. First night it got up to 78' and was difficult to sleep. Called office and they: Said they would get an A/C repairman out (didn't). Said they would call me and keep me posted on the situation (didn't) Said they could temporarily put a portable A/C to help (it didn't) Temp never got below 75', we were out most of the days but the nights were miserable.

Loved it!

We had such a great family vacation at the Island on Lake Travis. We took advantage of the convenient boat rentals at Liquid Thrillz and the cliff jumping just in front of our Villa. The villa was in the perfect spot to catch a breath-taking sunset every night. It was perfect and just what we were looking for! Thank you for a wonderful stay. We hope to return soon!

Excellent Condo with AC Problem in the Master

Great condo with a great view of Lake Travis. Condo itself was spacious, well furnished, & clean when we arrived. Small detail but the fact that the parking garage was covered with carts for luggage/elevators was a huge plus. The pools were nice & well maintained. Due to COVID-19, the onsite restaurant/billiards was closed but that is not the resort's fault. Only negative things I would say is that the master bedroom A/C unit was loud when it clicked on/off during the evenings & near dining options are limited. I actually turned the AC unit off because it kept me up. If this is addressed, I would definitely stay in this condo again.

Amazing

This condo is by far the best one I have stayed in!! It is beautifully decorated and well stocked for a family or a group of friends to have the time of their lives. The views are breathtaking and if you have a boat I recommend renting to the slip too. I will absolutely be staying again!!
