Wonderful !!

Christina was amazing and very attentive to our needs and requests. It was a wonderful spot and perfect for our trip to move my daughter home from college for the summer. Easy access to all main roadways and a lovely quiet neighborhood to decompress in after a busy day. Home was stocked with all our needs. Would definitely stay again !!

Nicely renovated house with lots of room to spread out. Good desk setup in master bedroom to use laptop. Quiet neighborhood with close driving access to grocery, restaurants, activities. Cleaned well. Note that the listed washer and dryer are not included in rental fee.

Just okay

The space is adequate and it's a quiet neighbourhood. Christina was responsive to our requests and is overall welcoming and caring. However, there were a few annoying features like: -- Dishwasher upper rack was broken --Headboard in the guest bedroom was broken -- There were minimal dishes and utensils when we arrived, but Christina brought a few. -- The floors were vacuumed but not washed for a long time. We always remove street shoes in the house and our socks turned black within a couple of hours of arrival -- Some bathroom fixtures are awkward and cheap -- Some decorative items that you see in the photos were missing The unit is okay, but not more than that.

Great location close to everything!

The house was perfect! It was clean, but smelled a little musty (like it had been closed up for a while). No big. There was a candle and lots of ceiling fans to circulate the air. It was so close to everything we wanted to do. All of our drives were 10-20 min. It was a super quiet neighborhood which was super nice after a day of hustle bustle downtown. We loved sitting out on the patio and eating breakfast one day. We couldn't get either coffee maker to work (totally could have been operator error...and we did not contact owner). It just gave us a reason to try all the 3,000 local coffee shops...which I'm not complaining about! They were SOOOO good! The only other reason I gave 3 stars for accuracy of online listing was (admittedly lame on my part) that the decor wasn't like the photos. It was a little more sparse than pictured, but the beds were AMAZINGLY comfortable. We had all the amenities we needed. Great stay overall for our 4th annual sister trip.

Wonderful, clean, comfortable, dog friendly abode.

Nice, comfortable house, clean and friendly neighborhood, easy access to freeways (being on the outskirts of the city), and a great backyard for dogs. All and all a wonderful place to stay.

Great place close to everything

This is a great little house located in a cute neighborhood close to shopping and downtown. 10 to 15 minutes from Austin’s amazing downtown food and music scene and 2 minutes to the grocery store if you are looking to eat in. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to suit our needs during our stay.

I've been to this location twice now and both times it was excellent. It's very clean, bed are comfortable, sheets soft and well stocked for an extended stay. Communication was superior. I'd definitely stay again.
