Everything was near excellent at this hotel. Property was clean and inviting and the rooms themselves were very clean and the bathroom was excellent with the walk-in shower and a shower head was that a perfect height instead of lower at a lot of other places! TV was wonderful, smart TV and also a large type. Continental breakfast was also excellent with plenty of variety. Overall I would stay here again and recommend to all my friends and family

The hotel was sparkling clean and everyone on staff was exceedingly welcoming and helpful. Location was a great, centralized spot for activities in the area - from restaurants in Ashtabula to wineries & beaches in Geneva. Breakfast items were regularly replenished and different hot items were featured daily such as spinach and cheese crustless quiche and biscuits and gravy. Beds were comfy and the place was quiet. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Rooms were spacious and immaculate. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast I thought was continental but it was eggs, sausage, pancakes, waffles, cereal, yogurts, French toasts sticks, various breads-a great variety with yummy fixings. I didn’t use it but the pool was tiny-barely larger than 3 hot tubs. Would definitely stay here again-blows away most other hotels.
