Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space on Eucalyptus, the only gated walk only (no cars allowed) street. Kids can play while you open the spacious cantina doors and watch from a comfortable vantage point. Beach, park, golf, groceries, shopping, and dining are all within a 0.25-mile radius.

The Space:
The home has three bedrooms and two large bathrooms. The primary room is oversized with cantina doors. The kids room has four extra long (twin XL) bunk beds, and the lower level bedroom has a private entrance and an attached bathroom. This is perfect for the parents, or to share the home with another couple.

Guest Access:
Registered guests are the only ones permitted to stay. No pets of any kind due to severe allergies.

The Neighborhood:
Avalon Flats is where people on vacation want to be. It is walking distance to everything. You won't need a cart, but a golf cart rental is a short walk away.
