Cant beat the view!

My family really enjoyed our stay! The view was fantastic, we enjoyed the beach, pool and hot tub. Others at the condo complex were very friendly and we always felt safe.

Much Needed Beach View

Because of the situation going on in our country and work stress, we desired a rental with a Beach view...a place to take in the waves and sunsets. This place was perfect for that! The location was just what we needed. Definitely not the most updated or cleanest rental condo we have stayed in, but the location made up for the wear and tear of the inside.

You can't get much closer than this. Look out of your balcony to see panoramic views of the waters and the skies. Great living room. Only negatives would be an ant problem, and issues with hot water when you take a shower. Minor things that will not impede on your enjoyment!

Fantastic

We stayed here while visiting family in the area. We absolutely loved it, both our unit and the complex. Our unit was very clean, comfortable, and a perfect size for a family of 4 with 2 pre-teen boys. The unit has amazing panoramic views of the ocean, kitchen was well-equipped, and we enjoyed the grill while watching amazing sunsets over the ocean from our balcony. We loved the fireplace at night while listening to the sounds of the waves. The complex is like a resort with beautiful landscaping, everyone we came across was very friendly, and we loved the pool and walking to both the marina and pier. Parking garage is very conveniently located to the unit, and we appreciated the guest parking spot. We would absolutely stay here again.

Would Stay Here Again

The highest compliment I can give a place is if we would stay there again and we certainly plan on trying to reserve this unit again in the future. If you are looking for a place with a balcony overlooking the water this is perfect. In addition the grounds on North Coast Village are very well maintained and was impressed with the community. The access to the beach is not in front of the unit but a short walk around the buildings. We typically spend more time on the balcony then on the beach so this was not an issue with our family but something to point out.

Perfect location

This condo is beautiful and comfortable. It's right on the beach and the complex it's in is gorgeous. Even the beds are comfortable! The harbor village is a short walk away and so is "the strand". Everything you can possibly need is provided in the condo, didn't even need to bring boogie boards or any other beach equipment.
