"The host was fabulous. From the moment we booked, she communicated without delay and very clearly. She also timely took care of any requests we had. The property was very clean and well stocked with anything needed. This was our fifth year renting and it was the most well stocked of any. Love the Cypress Woods community; especially the golf facilities, although the clubhouse, pools, pickleball courts, bocce courts, event nights were all first class as well. Would highly recommend this...

Really wanted to slap him in the face and say are you even gonna tell me the room #. And he wrote down the wrong room #. Get better training or employees"

"The room was clean, but very outdated. When u walked into my room the wood floor sank under my weight for a few steps. The shower was old and rusty. Water pressure bad. Shower head height was low. I had to shower stooped over. Picture Buddy the Elf in the shower scene. The pictures in the listing look way better than the actual property. I guess I got what I paid for. "
