「Great area. Lean and easy to access.」

「Very peaceful little place! It is only 15 minutes to several eating establishments in Newland.」

「I feel like this place left a lot to be desired. It was evident pretty quickly that it had not been cleaned properly in a while. The toilet upstairs had not been cleaned around the outside in sometime. It had dried urine and hair all around the outside and the base. All of the towels were white but dingy and stained. The couch was peeling and not comfortable to sit on. The area the bunk beds were in was awkward. It was like a closet with beds. The ceiling fan couldn’t be turned on due to being...

「excellent property - it was as described - kitchen well-equipped - very clean - golf cart was a bonus - well worth the additional few dollars - the area is large is pool/lake is a distance away, so the golf cart was an excellent way to explore and commute.」

「What a truly wonderful place to stay! The location was ideal, with easy access to Grandfather Mountain, Banner Elk, Newland, Blowing Rock, and Linville. The property was sparkling clean, easy to access, and had plenty of flat parking. Lucia and Serge have thought of everything—the home was exceptionally well-equipped and had all the comforts we could have wanted. The open-concept living spaces were spacious and inviting, while the bedrooms were quiet and incredibly comfortable. We spent a week...

「This property was very nice. The communication from the host was very good. Only three main negatives. 1.) Having the 2nd bedroom outside of the main property and not attached was inconvenient. 2.) The couch and chair in the living room are old, saggy, and not comfortable. 3.) The pots and pans are very old and appear to be teflon, and some were scratched. Other than those three negatives we enjoyed our stay,」

「House was in good condition my kids loved the sunroom area and had fire pit on the porch. Good living room areas but all bedrooms is on the same basement level with 2 full showers. Driveway is very small but was able to fit a van and small trailer. All in all a very good place to stay with plenty to do in the area. I will be staying again.」

「Perfectly described. House is phenomenal. Reminds me of home. Best vacation to date! You won’t be disappointed」

「Nice place, great get away for family.」

「Excellent response with communication. Cute and clean. Both beds are queen or full size (seemed small), so keep that in mind. It was just my husband and me so we slept in separate rooms. Would rent again if in area.」
