  • Cosy, comfortable semi-detached house "Cosagach Cottage", 2 storeys. 2 km from the centre of Aviemore, in a quiet, sunny position, 15 km from the lake, 18 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac. Private: garden (fenced) lawn. Patio, garden furniture, parking at the house, public parking. Shop, grocery 300 m, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, bus stop "Aviemore (burnside rd)" 650 m, railway station "Aviemore" 2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 1 km, ski lift 18 km. Nearby attractions: Dalfaber Golf & Country Club 1 km, Cairngorm National Park, Highland Wildlife Park 15 km, Inverness 48 km, Landmark Forest Adventure Park 9 km, Highland Folk Museum 27 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Cairngorms ski resort 18 km, The Lecht ski resort 54 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Loch Morlich 15 km, Loch Garten 14 km, Loch Ness 69 km. Please note: car recommended. Baby equipment (included).
    4-room semi-detached house 86 m2 on 2 levels. Modern and cosy furnishings: living room with TV and satellite TV (flat screen), wood-burning stove. Large kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, grill) with dining table. Sep. WC. Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms, each room with 1 double bed. 1 small double bedroom with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Bath/shower/WC. Electric heating. Garden, lawn. Terrace furniture. 满意：清洁度、入住、沟通体验、位置、展示内容准确性
Brilliant location and beautifully kept & well equipped house for family of 4 - two adults and 2 teenagers (so, from a size perspective, 4 adults). Plenty of space to spread out & enjoy downtime, as well as congregate in kitchen for meals or sitting room for TV etc. Super wifi connection & TV is an entertainment centre in itself. Kitchen is well equipped, house was cosy & warm always and there was plenty of hot water, and easy to give that a boost if needs be. There are shops in the estate but location is 10 mins walk to centre of Aviemore, 5 min drive to supermarkets, cafes and several Bakeries. Note how i mentioned Bakeries before Outdoor Equipment shops… that’s called “Priorities”… it is worth renting this house and just exploring the cafe’s & bakeries & cake offerings for the week. seriously, you can tell that the hosts are incredibly experienced & what they have on hand for Families, older and younger kids and infants has been very well thought through.
